Bold and the Beautiful lights the fire for Hope Logan as Carter Walton woos her in the office this week, but she also dropped a warning, that he hasn’t caught yet on the CBS soap. It is just a matter of time before that seductive music blares in the background for Carter and Hope. So far, they’ve been interrupted, but that is about to change.

Bold and the Beautiful: Hope Logan Only in Hibernation

Bold and the Beautiful flipped a switch for Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). The once angelic character embarked on a hot and steamy affair with Thomas Forrester (Mathew Atkinson). Then she set her sights on Finn. But John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) adamantly turned down her advances.

So, for a while there, the script had Hope acting like a cat on the prowl. But after Finn shut her down, she seemed to level off and concentrate on other things outside the bedroom.

But now Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) lands in her scope, and she finds him quite alluring. So, it looks like her seduction mode is out of hibernation.

B&B: Carter Walton Drops His Guard

B&B has Carter Walton feeling a tad vulnerable these days after all his hot and heavy bouts of romance seem to just up and walk away. Now Hope Logan enters the scene. She tells Carter she likes the idea of a man who doesn’t have another woman on his mind.

Still, that’s pretty much what she said to Thomas a while back on Bold and the Beautiful. But then she pushed the guy she loved toward another woman in the end. Her desire for Finn was likely fueled by her disdain for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). So, it looks like she’s self-sabotaging in the romance department.

Hope Logan either ends a relationship so it won’t lead to commitment, or she goes after one that couldn’t possibly give her anything long-term. So, where does Carter fall into these neat little boxes she created for love?

Bold and the Beautiful: Carter Didn’t Catch Hope’s Warning

Bold and the Beautiful lit Hope Logan’s fire again, with Carter Walton providing the kindling wood. But as soon as the volume goes up on that seductive background music, the spoilers suggest Carter is hooked.

Much like Thomas, Carter wants a life partner with kids in the future. Everyone will likely be pleased if Hope Logan and Carter Walton become an item. So, that hurdle of battling others about her love life is likely out of this new equation. Both past scenarios, staying with Thomas or getting her hands on Finn, had naysayers attached.

So, the only thing stopping Hope this time is Hope. She already warned Carter Walton about what she is looking for, and that is feeling good in the here and now. She told him this week on Bold and the Beautiful – “The only thing that I am certain of is how I feel right now, in this moment, with you today”.

That pretty much sums up her strategy with Thomas and Finn. So, now, it looks like Carter becomes the next unsuspecting victim to fall into her feel-good web. Finn welcomes Hope’s lack of interest in him today, and Thomas has moved on.

But Carter is looking for his forever mate. So, he likely falls hard for Hope after they share steamy bouts of lovemaking. But as soon as he mentions anything resembling a commitment, he probably finds himself alone again on the CBS soap.
